Horton holds a degree in applied nutrition from North Carolina State University, a health coach certification from the Living Foods Institute in Atlanta, GA. She has completed courses in a natural chef program in Pittsburg, NC, and holds a title of Holistic Nutrition Consultant through a program at Bauman College. She lives in Denver, CO, where she enjoys the city’s vibrant wellness community.
